(I took pictures of these instead of scanning them)
Watercolor comics
Whee
I think I’m gonna call it quits on this one. I’m done. I like it. Yes.
(Acrylic on Watercolor paper)
(I really like these characters)
(A lot)
I have some regrets here but all in all I’m okay with this. It’s gonna be another one of those paintings that looks a lot better with my glasses off or from a distance.
I’ll take a better photo eventually, my darks aren’t quite that dark
Oh, and context for those of you who haven’t read the book:
This guy is chasing this girl through the underbelly/construction yard of a city on wheels after she’s just attempted to murder someone (our hero is responsible for her failure). She’s just lost her headscarf, which was covering her mysterious and horrifically scarred visage.
A sketch and a color test for a illustration assignment that’s due next week. It’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” themed.
I just really like the idea of Titania being a) super gaudy and b) ridiculous
Finally got the pictures back from this sculpture project I did I few months ago! It was an enormous group project* where we had to make an inflatable installation piece. I designed it and helped build it, and here is a picture of me kicking it (it was meant to be kicked).
(*The project was enormous, not the group)
